12 Week Program

Consultation:

Every single HealthyLife nutrition program begins with a consulation can be done via in person, phone or skype.  During this assessment, I gather information on current eating habits, food preferences, goals and schedule.  I use all this information to create a plan just for you.  

Education:

We will review the foundation of your plan for your new habits, and educate you on your specific macronutrients and how they affect your body and how to properly track them.  Your plan is a starting point and guideline for your eating habits to help you embrace a new way of thinking and understanding how food fuels your body.

Coaching:

I will be monitoring your online food journal to ensure you are properly incorporating the plan.  This includes strategizing on how to manage lifes challenges and distractions.  I will be in contact with you via text and email to check in, comment and answer any questions you may have.  We will also have one scheduled 15 minute call per week to discuss progress.
